Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed August 24, 2026
Deer Creek Diagnostics, LLC wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement explains what has been done, what is known not to work, and how to reach a person if the website gets in your way.
Standard we aim for
The goal for this website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a self-assessment. It has not been audited by an independent third party.
What has been done
- Pages are built with standard HTML structure, so headings, lists, and landmarks are announced correctly.
- The page language is declared, so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
- Images carry text alternatives. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology rather than announced as meaningless content.
- Keyboard focus is visible. Every link and control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and there are no keyboard traps.
- Text contrast against its background meets or exceeds the Level AA minimum.
- Text can be enlarged with browser zoom without content being cut off or overlapping.
- The layout reflows for small screens and does not require horizontal scrolling.
- The one animated element on the site is disabled automatically for visitors whose system is set to reduce motion.
- No content flashes, blinks, or moves on its own. Nothing plays automatically.
- There are no time limits on any interaction.
- Information is never conveyed by color alone.
Known limitation: the appointment request form
The appointment request form on the main page is not built by this business. It is an embedded booking tool provided by ARI, the shop management platform used to run this business. Its accessibility is determined by ARI's software, not by this website, and it cannot be corrected here.
ARI publishes its own accessibility documentation and reports that its software partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. ARI's own published assessment identifies several areas that do not yet conform, including visible keyboard focus indicators, skip-navigation links, the page language declaration, and announcements of dynamic status messages to assistive technology. ARI states that work on these items is planned and ongoing.
If the booking form is difficult or impossible for you to use, you do not have to use it. Calling or emailing reaches the same person and gets the same result. No part of this business is available only through that form.
If something does not work
If any part of this website or this business is difficult to use, please say so. You do not need to explain why, identify a technical cause, or use any particular terminology. Describe what happened and what you were trying to do, and we will find another way to help you.
Requests for service, questions, estimates, and scheduling can all be handled entirely by phone or email. Reports about this website are usually acknowledged within two business days.

Service at your location
Work is performed where your vehicle is parked, which removes the need to travel to a shop, arrange a ride, or wait in a waiting room. If you have access needs relating to how service is carried out at your location, mention them when you call and they will be accommodated where safely possible.
