Privacy Notice

Effective August 24, 2026

This notice explains what personal information Deer Creek Diagnostics, LLC collects through this website, why it is collected, who else it is shared with, and how long it is kept. It applies to this website and to service requests submitted through it.

Information collected

When you request an appointment. The appointment request form on this site is provided by ARI, a shop management platform. Information you enter into that form — typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and a description of the problem — is submitted directly to ARI and stored there. It is used to contact you about your request and, if you become a customer, to prepare estimates, perform the work, and issue invoices.

When you call or email. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep the contact information and the substance of the request so that we can respond and, where work is performed, maintain the service record.

Automatically, when you visit. The web server records standard access log entries: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the browser identification string, and the referring page if any. These logs exist to operate and secure the server. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with information you submit.

What is not collected. This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising tags, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing on this site follows you to other websites.

How information is used

Who else receives it

Information is shared only with service providers used to operate this business, and only for that purpose:

Information held on these providers' systems is subject to their own terms and security practices, which we do not control. ARI stores data on Google Firebase infrastructure. We have asked ARI to identify where its privacy policy is published; if you would like the current answer before submitting a request, contact us using the details below and we will tell you what we know.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, in response to a lawful request from a government authority, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Personal information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and it is not provided to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Calls and text messages

Submitting an appointment request, or contacting this business by phone or email, authorizes us to contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request and about work performed for you. Message and data rates may apply.

Promotional or marketing messages are not sent to phone numbers collected through this website unless you have separately agreed to receive them. You may ask to stop receiving any contact at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by calling or emailing using the details below.

How long information is kept

Service and repair records, estimates, invoices, and related documentation are retained for as long as required by applicable state and federal recordkeeping rules, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of a warranty question or dispute. Certain records — including records of motor vehicle air conditioning refrigerant service — are subject to specific federal retention periods.

Requests that do not result in service are kept only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry.

Web server access logs are retained on a short rotating cycle and are overwritten in the ordinary course.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Information submitted through the appointment request form is transmitted to and stored by ARI, on ARI's systems, under ARI's security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no guarantee of absolute security can be given.

Children

This website is directed to adults seeking vehicle repair services. It is not directed to children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and it will be deleted.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be retained to meet a legal obligation or to resolve an open matter. Use the contact details below.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how information already collected is used will be reflected here before taking effect.
